HOW TO BOOK
Here’s How It Works:
1. Pick your time.
Look through the availability below and choose the day/time you want to hold for the next 10 weeks.
*NOTE: All times are shown in CST; for PST, it's two hours earlier; for MST, it's one hour earlier; for EST, it's one hour later.

2. Send a quick email to hello@clearthecrap.com.
Let me know your choice (something as simple as “Tuesdays at 10:00am CST” works perfectly).

3. I’ll confirm and send your payment link.
I’ll reply to your email to lock in the chosen day/time and include a link for your payment options, also shown below.

4. Complete payment within 24 hours.
Once payment is in, your weekly session is officially reserved.

5. Fill out your forms.
You’ll receive an email with links to a few intake forms—nothing overwhelming, just what I need to support you well. Please complete them at least 24 hours before your first session.

All sessions are booked as a consistent weekly time for 10 consecutive weeks.

A Gentle Note
This is a 10-week container, and your time is held just for you each week. It’s part of what makes the process feel grounded, supportive, and actually effective.

Program Structure & Timeframe
Clear the Crap™ is a 10-session, 1:1 coaching experience. Each session is approximately 50 minutes and is intended to occur weekly.
All 10 sessions must be scheduled and completed within 12 weeks of the first session date. Sessions not completed within this timeframe will be forfeited. Extensions are not guaranteed and may be granted only in rare circumstances at the provider’s discretion.
Scheduling Responsibility
Clients are responsible for scheduling sessions using the online booking system. Availability is offered in good faith and may change if sessions are not scheduled in a timely manner.
Rescheduling and Cancellations
Each client is allowed one pre-requested cancellation during the 10 weeks. That session will be added to the end of your container on the 11th week.
Each client is allowed one pre-requested reschedule during the 10 weeks. The rescheduled session must occur before your next regularly-scheduled session and is limited to available openings on my calendar.
Late Arrivals and No Shows
Sessions will end at the scheduled time. Missed time due to late arrival cannot be extended or made up. No show appointments are forfeited.
Virtual Sessions & Technology
Clients are responsible for a stable internet connection and private space. Technical issues on the client’s end do not guarantee rescheduling. If the provider experiences a technical issue, the session will be rescheduled at no cost.
Payment & Refunds
Clear the Crap™ is a commitment-based experience. All sales are non-refundable, including payment plans. Payment plans are a financial convenience and do not alter the total commitment.
